Silvana Massolo has spent more than two decades helping organizations translate strategy into growth — and more than a decade building the kinds of communities where that growth actually happens.
She is Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Revolve Group, a Miami-based brand strategy and marketing advisory firm specializing in branding, digital marketing, public relations, and lead generation. Throughout her career, she has led marketing strategy for more than 30 brands, including Fortune 500 companies such as McDonald's, Kia Motors, PNC Bank, New York Life, and State Farm, as well as mission-driven organizations across the nonprofit and education sectors.
Her work has earned multiple honors, including ADDY Awards, W3 Awards, and the Hispanic Marketing Council Strategic Excellence Award — recognizing her for campaigns that are both strategically sharp and culturally resonant.

COMMUNITY
Community has always been at the center of Silvana's work — not as a side project, but as a core conviction.
As Executive Director of the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce, she led membership growth, event programming, and strategic partnerships for one of South Florida's oldest professional communities. That experience reinforced what she already believed: that the right relationships, built intentionally, change everything.
It's also what led her to co-found HIVE.
HIVE
At HIVE House Club, Silvana serves as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. She oversees vision, membership strategy, brand, and member experience — and reviews every application personally. Her standard is straightforward: if it wouldn't meet her bar, it doesn't belong in HIVE.
Silvana is also preparing to launch the Revolve Entrepreneurs Grant, an initiative focused on supporting women entrepreneurs through mentorship, marketing guidance, and funding.
PERSONAL
Based in Miami, Silvana immigrated to the United States from Peru over 30 years ago and was the first in her family to graduate from college in the U.S. She is a proud Latina, a devoted dog mom to Enzo, and a trusted mentor to entrepreneurs and organizations seeking clarity, connection, and sustainable growth.
She is known for her warmth, her strategic directness, and her genuine commitment to helping others build brands and careers that endure.
