Your application goes directly to Silvana and Rhys — not a screening form, not a committee. They review every application personally, within 30 business days.

Connect

Some applicants are invited to a brief intro call with a founder. This isn't an interview — it's a conversation. We want to make sure HIVE is right for you.

Get Accepted

If accepted, you'll receive your membership confirmation and payment instructions. Payment must be received within 7 days from the welcome email. Welcome package to follow within 30 days.

Common Questions

  • No. HIVE accepts applications from anyone who believes they meet our standards. You do not need a referral to apply — but referrals from current members are welcome and noted.

  • Yes, when demand exceeds current capacity. We are intentionally limited in size. If you are waitlisted, you will be reviewed in the next application cycle.

  • Applicants who are not accepted will receive a respectful notification. We are happy to receive a reapplication after 6 months if your circumstances change.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

    Membership fees are non-refundable. HIVE reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for conduct violations.
